COVID-19 Update

All booking deposits are non refundable. 

 

If you choose to postpone or cancel your event due to coronovirus I will require at least 7 days notice for celebration cakes and 21 days notice for wedding cakes and my usual cancellation policy still stands. For postponements & cancellations due to coronovirus that give the required minimum notice period I will happily move your booking to a later date for you should there be availability in my diary or I will issue a credit note to you.  If I have started work on your cake I will not be able to move your date and full payment will be required.

 

If I or my immediate family contract coronovirus I will make efforts to have your order completed by another local cake maker, in the event that this is not possible a full refund will be given.
